YCW 700

YKK AP's YCW 700 thermally improved, outside glazed curtain wall system combines the strength and flexibility of a curtain wall with the excellent thermal characteristics of a thermal clip system. Attaching the face cover with a thermal clip helps to reduce the amount of heat transfer that conducts through the curtain wall and improves the thermal performance of the system. It also helps reduce fabrication and field labor and enable a separate finish to be specified for the interior and exterior of the framing system.

The YCW 700 also features an open back head and horizontal and sill members for ease of installation. A structural silicone glazed intermediate vertical is available as an option. In addition, a 2 1/4" face and a 4 15/16" back member combine for an overal 7" depth.
