Arkema, a global leader in advanced material solutions for the construction industry, continues to strengthen its presence in Turkey. As part of this effort, Doğan Öz, an experienced figure in the sector, has been appointed as General Manager of Arkema Turkey.
Doğan Öz, who stands out for his strong experience in the construction and chemical industries, began his career in 2005. Recognized for his proven success in country sales leadership and project management, Öz has achieved significant accomplishments in market share growth, profitability, brand value enhancement, and reliability. An expert in sales development, technical solutions, talent management, and value chain strategies, Öz has also gained attention for his experience at well-known construction materials companies on both local and global scales. As an innovative, inspiring, and visionary leader, he has successfully implemented cultural transformation and change management in new business integrations, product launches, strategy development, and team management processes. Furthermore, thanks to his strong communication and negotiation skills, he established lasting and valuable partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Joining the Bostik family in 2016, Öz served on the Bostik Turkey team until 2023, rising to the position of Director of the Building Materials Business Unit. He then continued his work for the Bostik brand abroad.
