Hise Global delivered a remarkable performance in 2025, standing out with both its project volume and international operations. Activities carried out across 25 cities in Türkiye and Europe, along with technical consultancy services provided to 19 projects covering more than 500,000 square meters of construction area, strengthened the company’s position in the sector while also shaping its vision for balanced, selective, and quality-focused growth in 2026.
Despite high inflation, rising costs, and limited financing opportunities, Türkiye’s real estate and construction sector achieved a strong year-end performance in 2025. Evaluating the sector, Ebru Öz, Founding Partner of Hise Global—offering services in technical consultancy, sustainable urban development, planning, risk management, quality control, and sectoral research—stated:
“2025 was a year marked by record-breaking housing sales on both annual and monthly bases. In December 2025, housing sales increased by 19.8% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching a total of 254,777 units. This strong performance in December also supported the overall annual growth. 2025 was a year of high demand in Türkiye’s real estate market.”
Highlighting that housing sales in Türkiye reached their highest level since 2013, Öz added that, according to data from TÜİK, total housing sales nationwide increased by 14.3%.
