Coordinat Yapı Makes a Huge Investment Worth 4 Billion Liras

Coordinat Yapı, a leading real estate company with residential, commercial, and hotel projects, aims to complete a total of 1,500 residential and commercial properties in Izmir and Manisa over the next five years. The total cost of these investments is expected to reach 4 billion Turkish liras. Caner Tan, Founding Partner of Coordinat Yapı, recently announced that following the completion of villa projects, they plan to finish the Coordinat West project in Germany by the end of the year. Tan stated that negotiations for new projects in Germany are ongoing and said, “Signatures have been signed for two new projects in Manisa, one consisting of 236 apartments and the other of 390 apartments. We plan to break ground on the 236-apartment Coordinat Manisa project in January 2026.” Tan also mentioned that they are preparing two new projects in İzmir, one with 300 apartments in Karşıyaka and another with 400 apartments in Çamdibi, saying, “We aim to complete 1,500 residential and commercial units over the next five years, with a total investment of 4 billion lira during this process.”
